WHAT IS A STELLA NOVA?

A Stella Nova is a new star brightening and increasing in size to come into view, and the USWNT Players are in the business of collecting stars. Stella Nova is an apt descriptor of all the bright possibilities on the horizon for current and future generations, made possible by all the women that came before them and especially through the work of our current members. 


After a multi-decade push for equality, the USWNTPA created the Stella Nova collection to honor the year in which they achieved equal pay for equal work in their Federation by way of CBA negotiations and a lawsuit.
